International House Bogotá

The school's location is in an interesting spot, close to commercial centers and well-situated. Dedicated and attentive teachers, providing new ways of learning and always bringing dynamism to improve classes. Activities are very well developed and explained, with a well-executed and proposed teaching approach and method (didactics). The only problem would be the small size of the classroom.

I had a lovely time in International House Bogota, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to train. They made space and time for me, and offered exciting cultural trips on top of the classes.

I completed intensive courses with 20 hours a week plus homework and 1-2 weekly excursions.
The educational plan was well thought out and well executed. Systematic and thorough review of grammar.
We were a small group and had two teachers who took turns teaching. This worked well and provided variety in the teaching.
The excursions/excursions in the afternoon worked well as practical language training and also provided valuable cultural knowledge.
All in all, very satisfied with the course.

It's clear that the school has affected by the COVID-19 PANDEMIC. People of International House are very kind. My teacher is very good, I liked my experience a lot. I guess the Salsa classes were not good, because In the most classes I the only one student, and my teacher of salsas was a man.

Firstly, my teacher, Julian, was excellent. I had 1:1 classes so he tailored the content to my needs. The classes were interactive and engaging, and my confidence improved a great deal.

As for International House itself, when I arrived they didn't seem to be expecting me so there were some initial confusion. The placement test is not very comprehensive, but they also conduct an interview with the student to help establish their level.
