Our friLingue Adventure Camp in the beautiful Saint-Bernard Valley, in the canton of Valais, offers an unforgettable and immersive summer experience in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery, lush valleys, and the purity of alpine air, this camp is ideal for adventurous young people aged 12–17 who want to combine language learning with outdoor challenges and survival skills.

Each week includes 20 language lessons (15 hours) in small groups, carefully organised according to language level, with an average of six students per class. With classes designed to be interactive, communication-focused, and motivating, helping students build confidence in real-world language use.

In the afternoons and evenings, campers dive into adventure and survival activities led by experienced instructors. These activities are designed to push boundaries, develop practical skills, and build resilience in the great outdoors. Highlights include canyon crossing, river rafting, canoe trips, climbing and zipline descents, and even an overnight wilderness hiking expedition where participants learn how to set up a bivouac campsite like real mountaineers.

The camp takes place in a comfortable youth-friendly accommodation, offering shared rooms, spacious common areas, and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages social interaction. Participants enjoy homemade full board, ensuring balanced and nutritious meals throughout their stay.

Liddes – Saint-Bernard is a peaceful, safe, and inspiring location, ideal for children’s and teenagers’ camps. Nestled in the Alps, it provides a calm environment far from city life while remaining easily accessible from major Swiss cities. An accompanied train transfer from Zurich is also available for added convenience.

The friLingue Open Tennis Camp includes:
- 15 hours of language classes per week in small groups (average 6 students)
- Daily adventure and outdoor survival activities
- Exciting excursions and wilderness hiking with overnight camping
- young, highly motivated teachers
- communication and practical language usage at the core of the syllabus;
- small class sizes (6 students in average) so that each student can be helped individually.
- Our teachers use modern methods such as role play, theater, games and audiovisual tools. The focus lies on Communication skills and modern language usage.
